What We Do

Once you have provided a draft set of plans for review. In return, we provide Accredited Certifiers, Building Designers, Builders or Home-Owners with a full set of bushfire compliant plans and an accompanying letter of compliance from an Accredited BPAD Consultant

How the process works?

Draft Plans

You upload a copy of your draft Construction Certificate Plans along with any Council approvals including approved bushfire reports that indicate any require BAL (Bushfire Attack Level).

Review

Our fully accredited BPAD consultant, licensed builder and building surveyor will check you plans for any non-compliances, making any notes to be passed onto our drafting department for the necessary changes to be made.

Plans and Certificate returned.

Upon amendment of your plans, a final review is undertaken by our BPAD consultant who will then issue you the Certifier, Builder, Home-owner etc. with a letter confirming your plans now comply with any conditions of Consent and relevant BAL requirements and a copy of your amended, compliant plans in PDF format.

Who are we?

Our Founder and Principal Consultant has been a fully licensed builder for nearly 35 years and has delivered thousands of dwellings, alterations and additions over that time — with many hundreds in bushfire-affected areas.

From 2012 to 2025, he was an Accredited Certifier in NSW, approving and inspecting thousands of developments across both the private sector and local government.

As an Accredited BPAD Bushfire Consultant since 2015, he now specialises in bushfire construction, bringing a unique, multi-disciplinary skillset to support Accredited Certifiers, builders and homeowners in ensuring their plans are Construction Certificate–ready.
